  KR Mabinogi basically has two skill bar(used F1~F12 key).

  Also, I really think DevCat should implement something like this for people with higher end PC's as of course we're at nearly decade-old graphics and I don't see why it would be such a hassle to ask the graphics mod community to get together on an official graphics update for the game overall, and would hence void any complaints of time / money restrictions as it would be something put together by people who do it for the good of the game who aren't being paid. Maybe have a mod competition or something.
