  In the spring of Kyoko's first year in high school, Eiko, a girl like a sister to her, returns with her younger brother, Jiro.
  The return isn't that big of a deal, but Jiro (self proclaimed super mad scientist) has it in his head that he wants to operate on Kyoko!
  And, what's even more, the two of them are actually high ranking members of an Evil organization at the run for the heroes of justice!
  As if high school didn't have enough problems already, now she has to deal with these two living with her.

  Hmmm manga is not bad.
  It's in jump.
  It's more of a comedy then anything.

  I think that the families are just really close ( Maybe one of Kyoko's parent was in the organization ).

  according to the story description, it says that Eiko and Kyoko are "like sisters" so I suppose that they are close enough to consider themselves related. it doesn't explain why Kyoko would consider Jiro her cousin instead of a brother, but it might just be that since Kyoko's family is close to the organization, they consider it family. i also think that her mother was part of that same evil organization.
  So they might JUST call themselves "cousins", BUT THEN AGAIN, I might be wrong, maybe they are actual cousins. Anyway, yes, they are obviously paired together, but cousins or not, it's super cute. Go ahead and read, I think you will enjoy it

  i dont think that they are actually cousins. i believe that are cousins in the sense that both of there families know each other very well. in the introduction it says that Eiko is like a sister to Kyoko, so i really dont think that there is any blood relationship betweem Jiro and Kyoko
