I can easily abuse this to be as cheap as possible.

The license test is annoying. I can't seem to get them all to shoot me at once.

Practical use sucks, your immobile the whole time and people can just wail on you. The damage given back is almost nothing

Walk forward a bit, use skill. Be far enough forward so you don't get knockbacked outta range

Doesn't it recover your HP as you use it though? Not to mention that there seems to be many uses for it. You're immobile, yet you take no damage. This makes it useful if you're either surrounded and want to attempt to wait for backup, or in the case of a sword battle, if you miss your opponent you can use the skill to defend against a few of your attacker's attacks.
More tactical use of this in FPS could be when you're attempting to reach one part of a map that your opponents are using as a bunker of some sort. You can move forward, and when they start shooting use the skill to be impervious to damage until they stop firing or run out on their clip. Before you say a shield would be more effective, that skill gives you protection from all angles, making it possible for you to not worry about your sides or back. Not to mention that a shield loses SP as it's attacked while this doesn't.

You take damage. You gain HP slower then the damage your taking. Lotta people atm don't know how to react to it and just pass by so its lulzy. Cant be used in sword only matches. I love using it in Chaser XD

Reflects any damage, bullets or melee. You can get knockbacked with revs/shotguns but not with melee. So its like wuuuut XD;;;

Oh fun fact:
For those HMG hackers, THIS WILL KILL THEM AND NOT YOU! I was using this in TD and a hacker was shooting a bajillion bullets with an HMG. He killed himself, I walked away~
