Mabinogi randomly crashes?

  Hm.. things like this aren't very graphic intensive honestly.. I'd need to see if another MMO would cause the crashes.. Vindictus would certainly be a good test of that, if you can stand to test it out. xD;

  There's still a bit to be done before we decide this. If anything you could technically buy a new video card if that's needed, instead of dealing with it~ but there's still much to be done before we jump to that conclusion. You're never supposed to suspect hardware first, or at least, hardware failure.

  That's actually pretty close to what I have on this laptop, only I have dual core(which yes, could make all the difference), less RAM, and no additional video. I don't get those types of problems with what I have..
  I'm also trying to look at this with a professional perspective. If it doesn't happen with other MMOs that are just as graphic intensive, then there could very well be a Trojan at work hiding in that Mab folder. I just wanna rule it all out before saying you need to go and spend money on the problem, that's all.
  
  I do agree though, that does seem to be the most likely cause.. but as I remember on a computer with the same kind of problems, I at least got some kind of notices when Mab would crash. Either way though, again, my primary concern is ruling out the problem without needing to spend money.

  See that really makes me want to investigate something other than hardware failure.. do you have Malwarebytes by any chance? It's a free download and a superb virus catcher. If you don't I'd suggest letting it give you a scan. http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
  And I promise it's safe if you haven't heard of it. It's the main scanner they use where I attend my IT classes.

  When it crashes, after G17S3, it now says "Bugtrap Dynamic Link Library is not responding". Everything else is as according to before.

  Oh, you're missing mabinogi's bugtrap.dll is what's wrong.
  
  DLL is just Dynamic Link Library.
  So, somebody will need to upload a clean bugtrap.dll

  Those are files you are supposed to have.
  Just move them to your mabinogi folder in the following place.
