Hard to say. D: You should check the physical memory integrity by running the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic. Make the test loop a few times; it will take a while, so perhaps do it overnight or something. If the actual memory chips are OK, then figuring out what exactly is causing this would be a pain in the butt. D:
I suppose you could try checking if all of your drivers are up to date (graphics, audio, etc) as per the laptop's support page on the manufacturer site. Bad drivers can cause memory conflicts.
