Scythe Evie Help

  I'm following this guide: http://www.vindictuswiki.com/wiki/Scythe_Evie_Guide
  
  But there's a few skills missing. I don't know when I should get Mana Shield and whether I should be getting it beyond RF at all (even though that sounds like a good idea to me). That and the other Scythe skills. Help please?

  That still doesn't tell me when I should rank them, in terms of that priority list. Thanks though.

  When you should rank them? I would say as soon as you're able. The mana shield protects evie, so that one should be top priority. After that, work on bloody thread, mark of death, insane reaper, and whichever other skills there are. You should work on maxing all scythe skills, it doesn't particularly matter which order--so long as mana shield is first. The reason being that Evie is incredibly squishy and without those shields she dies very quickly if she's hit by a combo.
  
  Also, he did kind of say which "order". He said max mana shield, and then get all other scythe skills to rank 9, and then work on your preferred skills.
