Apparently nexon autoban system for vindictus is going crazy once again. Some believe the cause might be running season 2 raids as all the banned player had one thing in common. A lakiora raid or a solo 30-49 kraken run. I have not tested it personally (why would I lol) but still just thought I'd warn the community here!

Most of the recently unbanned players have become banned again. Nexon logic baffles me.

If that's true well your only choice is to ticket nexon and abandon all hope.

I'm sure that Nexon will probably realize their mistake and un-ban those who attempted to solo 30-49 Kraken/Lakoria. It's like the whole hero mode incident all over again...

Well... It's a good thing I am rather inactive because Season 2. I've been waiting on an "optimization patch" for a while now. After that, I would be waiting for a Lann (and maybe Fiona) Revamp.

I'll start playing again once they fix the hero mode glitch + this new hero-mode-glitch-esque glitch...
If they remove the autoban while they're in the process of fixing the glitch, the bots will come back. If they can't remove it while trying to fix the glitch, they might as well just take the modes offline, because they're essentially unplayable. Even if you can play them, they're by no means reliable enough to be sanely playable.

When the fuck is Nexon lifting the ban? -_-

Did you send a ticket? If you didn't you'll never get unbanned. If you did well it'll still take like weeks or months.

Of course I did....

I didn't want to start a new topic, so I hope nobody minds me rambling on a little bit here. Two of my friends and I quit Vindictus not long after the repair cost was first raised (about a year or a year and a half ago?). We had been stuck at boats 6 and 7 for a long time, because virtually nobody ever did those boats and bosses like Chiulin are a pain when alone or with a single friend.
A few days ago, we decided to pop in and see how things were going. Looks like the same, or worse:
- I briefly assisted a friend once, and had to pay 5k in repairs.
- They finally opened the game to Australia and Mexico players, two years too late.
- Boats 6 and 7 still seem to be empty.
- Seems like there hasn't been much new equipment added (when I quit, my chars had Holy Wing, Dark Crest, Ingkara, etc).
- The character change guild chat/friends list bug from day one is still there, while the guild system itself is completely broken.
- Server seems to be unstable and constantly lagging. Changing channels doesn't help because the game seems to automatically re-assign me to the most populated channels.
- There were unfair bans when I quit, but I'm seeing a lot more complaints now. I read that most people have quit because their guildies were banned, and that after 6+ months, most who were lucky to be unbanned have already been banned again for no reason.
And there are still strange people defending Nexon and their practices, as if their life depended on it. I don't understand how the game can keep slithering along like this when Nexon's service is so depressingly sad. I can't tell if it's because they don't care or if it's because they're sadists, or maybe both. It's a shame, really.
