  Vella is definitely different from Lann, in a good (very bad for Lann) way. Other than the obvious similarities, like their attack speed and "slipdash", Vella's attacks have more mobility, and her Cross Stance gives her even more things over Lann. The only thing that I feel that Lann has over Vella is... his jump smash.

  Also, it comes as an issue whenever you want to do a quick switch to another character on your other account. On top of that there's that weird thing they have where if you log on "from a different user on the same computer"(or something like that...) the mail/marketplace is locked, and you are unable to use certain features. I'm not sure if that's still around...but I know it's happened to me every time I logged on to another account.

  Am I the only one who likes Vella's controls...? She's a little bit too mobile/slippery from what I'm used to after playing staff Evie/both Lanns/Kai for a while, but I'll get used to it.

  She's more like a fast Fiona than a Lann in terms of how she feels. Well kinda. I guess she's actually like a Lann/Fiona hybrid thanks to her slip dash.

  That's IP based. If you connect only to your own accounts this won't happen. Also, your IP may change over time which would cause this to occur even on your own accounts.

  Cyclone 2 much fun to use, but its also fairly weak. Good for holding bosses in place like Karok's grab.
  
  Managing stamina seems difficult cuz I always find myself rushing for blade heart 3, burn it on cross strike, then leave with 0 stamina. Gotta find a balance

  Well, points 2 and 4 go hand in hand there. I know people say Vella has manageable stamina costs, but that goes completely out the window once you start doing constant Cross Cuts. Since you need Blade Heart active to have a usable Cross Cut, you'll usually constantly attack instead of backing off (since you need to keep Blade Heart up). I usually don't rush Blade Heart 3, I just poke with whatever smash works until I use Cross Cut. Then I do a quick normal attack and idle for as long as possible to get stamina unless another window opens up or I have to use Cross Cut again with Brave Heart 1.
  
  This is probably Storm Step's purpose, to use when you're low on stamina and don't have Blade Heart active. That and for certain moves you just don't Cross Cut.
  
  Point 1 I sort of agree with, but I barely ever idle in Cross Stance. It's sort of like how I use Fiona's block, it's just inefficient if you hold it.
  
  And Cyclone by design isn't a solo tool. Honestly from what I've seen, it's just RG but better since of less start up delay and it having a longer window in which you can attack (RG lifts some bosses out of attack range, Cyclone doesn't have an issue). I'm still 8 levels out from Cyclone though.

  How do you use Cross Cut? I've only ever done it like three times while actually trying to do it, and it took me several tries. I know you have to CS and then right click but I don't get it t_t.
  
  I keep seeing videos of Vellas cross-cutting all over the place like it's the easiest thing ever.

  Just to let people know, Cross Cut only work on enemies that attack your front. If they're behind you, you should Storm Step away. Oh, also the side will not have it work either.
