Greetings Dragon Nest Fans,
Today, we distributed the First Jump to Level 45 Event Characters to the community. We are aware that some players are saying they did not receive these characters. After conducting an investigation, we have determined that there were no problems with the distribution and these players did not actually qualify for the event for several reasons:
1) You Registered your account for the event on the first day, November 19th and did not know that if you registered before 3pm on November 20th you had to re-register:
This was announced on the Official Dragon Nest Facebook:

This was also announced in a Sticky Thread that stayed on the top of the Official Forums until after the registration period was over:

We do apologize that the Event Post on the Main Website was not updated to reflect this information:

2) You Registered your account for the Event but did not actually qualify because you did not have a level 24 or higher character on your account by the time the registration period ended. Please understand, the registration page would not give you an "error/do not qualify" message if you did not meet this requirement at the time of registering.
3) Some players, who think they did not get their characters actually have them. For those having issues finding their Jump Character and to clear up any confusion on where your character is. Make sure to log into your account and if it is not showing up on the main character selection screen, please click on the arrow on the right side of the screen to find your character.
This really pisses me off. I know for a fact that I signed up after they reset the registration, because I remember being reminded to register after someone mentioned the reset, and after the reset you could choose your second specialization instead of just your first, and I remember choosing my second spec. Also, my character has been level 24 or above since the end of open beta, so I know that's not the problem.
Although I dont really see what they could do about it, the fact that theyre saying its our fault and they did everything right is just really annoying. A lot of people were looking forward to this event, and this has just ruined it all.
