Constantly need to redownload Mabinogi

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

Whenever I try to launch Mabinogi from the site with the game already downloaded on my computer, it informs me that I need to finish my download of Mabinogi. This has been a problem last night and this afternoon. Often I need to rerun the installer 2 or 3 times for it to successfully register as "downloaded" to the website. Any advice?

Try direct launching it from the mabinogi folder on your computer. The thing you'll want to execute is the Mabinogi application.

Yeah that still doesn't work for me. Gets to 9% and then just goes back to 0%, until "Can't connect to FTP"

Just deleted and reinstalled, same issue happens.

I'm thinking there might be some DNS issues. :/
