There aren't any. I got an Eweca, Ladeca, and Palala Spell Book that came with a rank 1 reforge, yet no added stats. In other words, they expect you to buy reforge kits.

Oh, so it's not as OP as I thought. Well that's good news, but I can't even touch Mabi now due to Windows 8

Ya, which is good, it's actually spammable now where as before you'd have to really think twice before spamming it :/

I still need to figure out how I want to split $80-$90 worth of nx for this. Do I want to do half Shamala Gach, or half urn, or 25/75, or 75/25

Such a tough decision.

Actually there are some outside of spell books. I seen some of those Shamala Outfits and Weapons with r1 Reforge and crazy enchants on them. All you have to do is get 1 Reforge Kit to get whatever random r1 Reforge on them.

Don't forget you can also buy Fine Reforge kits from players. I know on Mari they go for around 700~800k.
And since it already has rank 1 on it, you just have to slap on only one to get a random rank 1 Reforge range as Endless said.
