  After three years I got my original account back that was hacked. Granted all the items besides personalized ones were gone I did get 3 more pets and have a lot of space now. Not sure if this is an accomplishment or not OTL

  If you send a ticket about what got taken you can get that back too. After I got my account back, I had the unique pleasure of having a GM send me ~2m gold and approximately 600 iron ignots in the mail, along with some misc gear.

  Even though it was three years ago? The things I lost were a nuadha set when they were rare, rosemary gloves and like 8m I doubt they'd refund it after so long how would I even go about that ticket wise? haha

  Yeah, I got my shit back about... I think it was roughly 2 or 3 years later, yeah. As for the ticket, just send in your character name, a description of the event (got hacked), and an approximate list of what you remember losing. They can check to see what you had, and will likely refund at least some of it (base colours, no upgrades, etc). I think the ticket system is down, but you can still e-mail support.
