  Got Strange enchant for 1m and got it on the first try on my druid.... but also counts as a fail because I got minimum m-att roll of 10 out of a possible 20.

  Not very rare (I found several), but they Nexon'd us with these. The "up to" behavior actually applies now, unlike the advanced ones from the anniversary boxes. Prepare for angry RNG shenanigans.

  I think the adv ones from this event are a fixed 48, even though the desc says otherwise. I've bought/used at least 5 and all have gotten me 48. I've used a few 81's and 29's and rarely get close to max.

  I used approx 27 finest/adv. I'm approximating because I didn't count but I did obtain 12 ranks in total (5 engineer, 7 magic craft, and 1 cooking rank too; wasn't capped as it turned out)

  I had 6 days off between summer sessions of school so I figured I would hardcore grind out those skills lol I'll probably fizzle out again as classes are now picking back up.
