  If you have any friends who are 10k+ and do not plan to do the solo any time soon, you can ask/buy the stone from them. That is because 10k+ players get the stone from quest.

  WOTG actually will prompt him to teleport, much better to just autogun him down.

  The thing about doing WoTG in a party setting with everyone doing it is that it infinitely juggles him so he has no chance to even teleport

  Capped Will, Luck and ranked a few useful alchemy with the talent AP.
  
  Now STR/INT/Will/Luck are capped and I have zero use for dex/sp/hp/mp or their unneeded CP bloat so pretty much done ranking things at last.
