Pretty much.
I went in pretty much bare though, as in I only had lvl 5 magnum glove (no other magnum reforges)
No bohemian set or Bhafel (or reforged bow for effective range etc)
Oh yeah, I also live in EU so I am running mabinogi at 200 ping.
P.S: Humans can get it too.

Yeah, my best attribute is range right now (in fact one of the top tier rangers in NA). The problem is humans can't do mounted range, which is why I will be resorting to Lance Charge.
