Well, you have to make an account there or something, and I had Canada set. This way I always have to pay 11.17... it's even worse than nexon game cards because I had like $5 held hostage there for the longest time.

Does setting the country to USA really work for ultimate game card? I can get $10 UGC for free but I didn't want to risk it.
