  I had a feeling they may actually exist. It's just not something I really had the... pleasure? to witness for myself. As for hair, only the female one seems out of the place. The rest seems kinda what I expect from this game.

  I'll probably go Chespin and Charmander. If the Torchic is from an event I wont even get it, CBA to go to Gamestop for a Pokemon I hate. If it automatically comes with the game I'm just going to box it.

  Some tidbits about X and Y that have been out that you guys may be interested in.
  
  X and Y will be first game to offer some Trainer customization for your own trainer. When you're starting the game, and selected a gender, you'll have the option to select one out of the three presents.

  I don't hate free things. I just don't like Torchic and don't need two fire types. I mean, I might use it as party filler until I get something else but that's about it. ;-;

  [SPOILER="Starter News"]Chespin evolves into Hariboogu (names will likely differ when localized, obviously), a Grass type that knows Mud Shot. Fennekin evolves into the Fire type Teerunaa, and can learn Psycho Cut. Finally, Froakie evolves into Water type Gerogashira and can learn Bounce.

  [SPOILER="Mewtwo News"]A new form was revealed for Mewtwo, and it has been confirmed that these two forms will each be exclusive to one game. The newly-revealed Mega Mewtwo X is a Psychic/Fighting type and has the ability Steadfast. Mega Mewtwo X is exclusive to Pokémon X, and the previously-revealed form is Mega Mewtwo Y, which is exclusive to Pokémon Y.

It has the ability ‘Hard Jaw,’ which increases attack power of biting moves, and it can learn Crunch. The second is Amarusu, a Rock/Ice type Pokémon that resembles a Diplodocus and has a new ability called Freeze Skin which turns Normal type moves into Ice-type moves and raises their power. It can learn Aurora Beam.
  
  During that last Pokémon Direct, we briefly caught a glimpse of a new dog-like Pokémon. This has been revealed as Torimian. It is a Normal type with an ability called ‘Fur Coat,’ which reduces physical damage, and apparently you can customize its appearance.
  
  Nyaonikusu, a Psychic type, was also revealed. Nyaonikusu’s male and female forms have key differences, including the moves they learn. The male version is more of a supporter and can learn Miracle Eye, while the female is more of an attacker and can learn Extrasensory.

  super effective against fighting, dark and dragon
  And only weak to Poison and Steal
  OP type is OP.
  
  Also Steel has lost its resistance to Dark and Ghost.
