Here's the petition on the Playstation blog
it is a response to Namco Bandai's neglect of the markets outside Japan for Tales games.
The PS3 Vesperia, Tales of Grace, and a PS3 "exclusive" project" have no news of being localised.

Too bad they don't give a crap.

The cat heard there's a group working on the fan translation of Tales of Grace somewhere...

No. The magazine just assumed things, which gave people false hope about a localization. It's almost the end of summer and Namco still hasn't said anything, so there's pretty much no chance of Graces making its way overseas - at least, as far as the Wii version is concerned. Also, the "PS3" in the title is just a reference to those specific games that the author wants.

As for the petition itself, it's been done time and time again. Bamco just pretends nothing happens and replies with automated messages if they bother to respond at all.

Until Namco gets back on their feet we won't be getting many localizations.
