Very cool but Homestead seeds aren't as profitable, or at least there's approximately 0 demand for them (I only ever sold mine to Zyrus). I think it would be better for the people that the guide is geared towards to use them to build up their homesteads, so they can sell the herbs they pick or something.

I like the later methods you outlined. Makes me want to try winemaking.

You forgot to add Rabbie ADV? Ice spear page 2 drops there, it's worth quite a bit of money. As for P2P I suggest they sell nx to close friends after finding out the nx to gold rate on their server. They can also buy reforge tools and sell them for an appropriate price.

Giant hornet queens drop "Light" enchants which can be enchanted right away on expendable accessories.

They give 15 dex and 10 luck, and you can sell them for 100k ~ 200k. The enchants themselves drop quite often if you camp Queen hornets for a while.

Spamming Par and obtaining snow crystals (even now since alot of people are rankin transformations) can get you 300k ~ 500k per crystal.

On Tarlach, IS2 pages are worth less than 1m... I wouldn't say that's profitable, considering the player will die quite a few times in Rabbie Adv without high ranking stats. Selling NX is against the rules, so I won't say too much; reforge tool selling is only profitable if you sell below market price, and involves spending quite a bit of IRL cash.

Part Time jobs:
I would suggest Taillteann or Emain Macha PTJs. This is mainly because they're much more predictable; Taillteann only gives you egg and potato PTJ (this switches to Corn and Potatos at Adv level), Emain only gives you egg and corn PTJ. For all of these, you can find outside of each respective town, fairly easily.

Commcerce:
This should be placed in the advanced section. Newbies will not be able to handle Veteran/Master Level bandits, and even if you argue that they can simply play dead and wait for someone to capture the outlaw, the player is losing LOTs of time that they could've put into transporting. Remember that true profit from Commercing comes only at higher levels.

TH Book:
Whoa~ 2m?!?! Back when Iria was released, those things were 400k at most. Right now, they're probably 500k at most, because the only rare page is 4, and even that's fairly common.

I'm surprised you never mentioned anything about Material Gathering. You have no idea how much people would pay for that Finest fabric, now that they're pretty rare and definitely hard to make. Those Tough Threads? People training Handicraft will literally fight for you. Fine(st) Firewoods? Carpentry and Enchant uses them very well.

Material gathering, while it may seem low-profit, actually isn't so low because of the extremely high demand for some of the items. True, these methods require investment in their respective areas to some extent, but if you're becoming higher leveled in the first place, these skills are most definitely required.

Along the line of PTJs, I find that the church job from Comgan in Bangor is the easiest, since you don't really have to pre-gather anything or have to whip our your tools in order to gather. All you need is the ability to breeze through Goblins and Imps.
It's easy enough that you can alternate between alts.

As for Rabbie Advanced, if you have a explosion resistance set, you're pretty much good to go. Having Mana Shield is very useful, but the dungeon pretty much feeds you HP Potions anyways if you bother to go for the chests at dead ends at all.

Speaking of that Albey red/Rabbie Basic (I wouldnt be able to solo ADV yet) Which would you say would be more suitable for an elf with R1 mag, ranged attack and IS to solo? I've tried albey red, but I always tend to die halfway through the second floor. A lot of times it's due to lag. Should I try out rabbie basic so if I do die, I dont have to leave the dungeon?

I don't recommend soloing things as a low level range elf unless you have alot of pets or a phoenix pet to tank for you. If you have nice gear that could work too. I'm pretty sure some of the skeletons in rabbie are resistant to range iirc. You can try rabbie basic but be prepared to use ice spear if your magnum hits too low.

Light accs sell for 50k on Ruairi Lol gg:( I hunt queens frequently. Hunt queen hornets for butterfly es *700k-1m*

You can't earn much money from ingots unless youre using arats.

The snow crystals in Alexina does NOT go for 300k~500k. If you're talking 50K~100k you're on the right track.

Some of your suggestions were added! I'm thinking of excluding the pricing for now since the servers appear to be too different e.e
