If anyone was at ch1 West Dunbarton around 1:20 PM PST then you should've seen the crazy spawns. If you weren't, I wrote a story that will tell you about it.
When Arc Lich Spawned in (West) Dunbarton
It was just another day when a ghost was spotted in the town square.
Another normal day, until a girl in a tricolor robe carrying a longbow shouted, “There’s a ghost! A ghost!†Immediately all the relaxing Milletians leaped to attention.
“That’s forty gold for--†said Walter, and then stopped as he realized that a bomb steed had appeared within a cloud of black smoke. He sold his items and ran back into the store.
Glenis tried not to faint as she watched the steed knock many unconscious. Some tried to flee through West Dunbarton on their horses and brooms and birds to the quiet serenity of Emain Macha. More ghosts approached them there.
And then…and then…Arc Lich! The evil Fomor appearing in black smoke that could only be harmed by a Ghost Sword blocked the path. Everyone sprung up to attack it. Their damage was barely anything at all. Pets and Milletians alike mobbed Arc Lich, determined to remove this monstrosity from Dunbarton forever (or to see if they could pick up any of the drops after it died).
But when Arc Lich, after long last, was defeated, there were still ghosts and then came a spawn of Arguses. They swarmed the path with their large green hideous bodies and their many eyes. They were mutated lizards.
So the Milletians killed the Arguses.
Arachnes terrified the vendors on the fields of Dunbarton. Ghouls went and ghouled all over the grass. And Giant Spiders tried to look terrifying.
Alas, the Giant Spiders failed.
Healers scurried along the field, trying not to die as they revived those fallen.
And after all these were defeated, there came…another Arc Lich. Again he was mobbed.
It took about fifteen minutes.
And after Arc Lich was defeated, and the twisting whirlwind of smoke vanished, campfires were set up and the wounds of the Milletians were healed. A small group huddled near a campfire as it began to thunderstorm. Strawberries were eaten.
The equipment of the dead was scattered among the fields.
Of course, the next day, everyone in Dunbarton went back to selling and buying and trading and when the newbies, fresh from Tir Chonaill, came along, they acted as if nothing had happened. Nothing at all.
