  Is it even possible to duo that thing with just Lancer and Healer? I know people 3 man that thing for those MW scrolls.
  
  Is that Hard Mode? I don't remember that happening the last time I went there for quest.

  His attacks don't change from normal to hard. He'll use the fire breath ability at around 20% and repeat every 2 minutes.
  
  We tried duo twice and failed. Tried trio twice as failed. He's a total nightmare. Whenever he activates his barrier, the 20% hp damage per 5 seconds aura rips us apart.
  
  It IS possible to duo, since there are some solo videos, but it seems more due to insane gear ratings than gameplay, since the videos I see of them doing it is simply just not giving a fuck about the damage taken and having massive health regen.

  Though I never tried Hardmode (solo), that's the instance I most often solo for MES on normal. You can finish it in roughly ~20mins or +/- ; and my lancer gear so far is just +9 Nexus set with +9 Cleftwedge, which is nothing exceptional.
  
  Honestly its not even hard, just at 20% he gets kinda annoying with his poison debuff (which may be lethal if you let it stack up).
  
  But I use the enrage method, I find it easier that way I don't have to deal with his stupid specials.

  Also, all my instance matching parties have been lovely. I'm usually playing with my tank friend, so we get matched instantly and never have any issues. We duo BAMs outside of dungeons with ease, so bosses aren't too challenging since we usually have a healer in case things go south.

  Thats usually when people start dying left and right. With all the stacks of shit draining your health your hp plummets.
  
  Also, how do you deal with Kelsaik's stun? In solo videos I see lancers being able to block it before the attack comes, but he always jumps me before my stun is over. Do I need stun resist gear or something?
  
  I have ilevel 156 so I don't think my gear is the issue.

  Like I said, enrage him. You won't have to deal with any of his mojo jojos.
  
  All he does when he's enraged is use fire/ice attack (though leaving a streak on the ground), and some run/roll attacks followed by a stun. Its really the safest way to deal with him, you won't have to worry about crystals or barriers. The stack poison however, is reset when you're hit by any of his attacks (it will count if you block too), so it won't be a problem if you keep an eye on it and never let it stack.
  
  If you seen the same lancer videos I've seen, all of them use Infuriate to enrage him. That's how you're able to block his stuns.

  Also I don't use any stun resist gear I think lol, just full HP regen (or unless you have a priest).

  Sorry, but he never done that to me. Do you battle him non-enraged? Cause that would be the only time I recall something similar happening. In that case it would explain why the need for all the -stun gears I've read about.

  Okay.. That's awkward, he rarely does anything besides rolling like a dog to me. Try the stun duration earrings then, I guess.
