Items destroyed upon Enchanting can be restored?

  I assume you get 4/5 Lakiora fangs if you blow it up twice. Other than that, I think you get everything back that has an even number.

  You always get Mats/2 rounded down.
  Which is why you get 1 Manuscript back when you blow up an Ep10 70 weapon and no tear/giblet/ice, and why Ep9.5 70s don't give you anything important back.
