What's next? Slingshots?
Jesus I used to make those in school in the playground all of the time.
We used to bring squirt guns to school and spray each other.

A kid at my middle school had a little clay pistol keychain and he got suspended for 10 days
You think thats bad
My friend had a hollow bullet shell keychain. He went to the air port. He got put on the no fly list for the rest of the year.

Schools should refrain from teaching children about the capital letter for "L" because it's in the shape of a handgun.
I beat you to it. >.>

Ugh. I know of someone who was in that exact situation, but without getting banned from flights. All that was needed was some explaining and a waiting period.
That's some terrible luck.

In middle school I drew a picture of a gun on my notebook and my teacher flipped shit, told me to rip it in to pieces, throw it in the trash, and never do it again.
Me and a friend pointed at each other in 6th grade (14 years ago), went "bang" and he told on me and i get suspended for a week, principal said i should have been expelled.
Because i was a menace.
Yeeeeeeep, i hate school systems.

What? At my school, you can do that and nobody gives a damn. [S]Except for the people who tell you not to point because you'll poke a hole in the air and trip the fairies...[/S]
And if you see somebody with a plastic gun, they're either in drama class, they're showing it to their friends because they're going to the beach, or are going to soak one of the teachers. Then again, I've always gone to a school which is quite a close community. Everybody at least knows each other's names, and people can get away with a lot of things because everybody knows it's just how they roll. (For example, I can get away with wearing mini skirts because everybody knows that I would never wear a skirt without having pants/ shorts underneath.) Fake guns are allowed, but only with purpose. (If it's for a costume, sure.)
I feel sorry for a lot of people.

We had to remove all gun props from the color guard too. They just use white sticks that slightly resemble rifles now.

Color guard? I thought that was something in the KKK.

A google search would prove otherwise.

They should just have the students pretend to use laser eyes. Way cooler, and avoids any gun issues.
