Ugh... How to kill my stupid winter allergies? x.x

I searched around a bit online and the only solutions are:
a. Clean my entire house (impossible because that would mean cleaning every nook and cranny of 5000 SQ feet over multiple levels)

b. take drugs (but i've tried so many in the past and they NEVER WORK)

I've tried singulair and claritin and something else (forgot).

Is there any "strange" tricks that you guys use to get rid of it?

Wash your bed sheets and throw them + your pillow in the dryer every three days to kill all the dust mites.

Keep your window(s)+ bedroom door closed so allergens remain outside where they belong.

Know that histamine antagonists lose effectiveness the more you take them. You could try third generation variants that claim to have higher efficacy but they probably decay in effectiveness over time as well. Some brand names in the US are...
