So, after doing a Windows update my computer has stopped functioning correctly. It works so slowly that just bringing up the menu takes it a good while. I thought perhaps a virus had been installed and managed to run a virus scan, which returned nothing. It's fairly unusable as it is.
It should probably be mentioned that I hadn't updated in a while and it installed roughly 30+ updates.

Well, I restored it to a point before I installed the updates. That didn't work, so I restored it to an even earlier point. Had to restore it pretty far back, but at least it's working now. It also runs much faster than even before it started fucking up.
