Yeah but you want to scale your PSU around your entire system (remember you are adding case fans and stuff too).
Most importantly, scale it on your GPU. The 660/660ti needs 450 but it won't use all of them. Get about 500.
Still excessive A system with a fully loaded GTX660Ti and other necessary components in reality only draws around 300W give or take a couple dozen watts.

Wow guys. Its almost as if Mabinogi is a next gen game or something. We've got some killer specs lining up here.

I said it before, don't build a computer just for mabinogi. Build a reliable computer that will last you the next 5 or so years.

All very good suggestions!
@Mentosftw
Yeah I think spending $300 now for a computer only for Mabi won't last me for 5 years because who knows, I might develop a greater interest in more spec heavy games. Only spending $300 now for a okay computer just for Mabi is definitely something I'll do, but I want to be able to add to it and upgrade it without reselling parts.

If he's not really going to play anything very taxing then a mild setup is fine. Enthusiast level computers aren't for everyone nor are they guaranteed to be reliable for a long period of time. When it comes to cost:benefit enthusiast comps generally don't do so well.

Well, you'll be spending quite a bit more than $300 for a half-decent up-gradable PC, but I would say start with my recommendation, and if you decide to get into more intense games down the line it won't be that hard to upgrade to be able to play them, and if you don't end up upgrading later on, you won't waste your money.

Just get a decent motherboard. That way, you'll be equipped to use future technology. Newer mobos nowadays can handle third gen cores which will probably be out in the next couple years.
You're only really looking in the 130-150 dollar zone for a decent mobo these days.

Unless you're on FM2, (which I recommend given the OP's situation) in which case it's quite hard to beat the Asrock Extreme6 FM2;

no matter what you build you will always:
1. LAG from connection
2. LAG from visuals (at some point in some place)
reasoning... Poorly made game engine
And bloody no proper service/servers
but for a game that it SHOULD be... yeah it would be overkill
I got something close to that build atm

A mid-end dual core or low-end quad core CPU, 4 GB of RAM, and mid to high end integrated GPU or a bottom-of-the-bin discrete GPU.
I.E. something below what I recommended, though given you'll get maximum settings in the games off my build I would think you would prefer it, not to mention it will work for higher end games should you want to get into them.
