Pokemon B/W will not feature any old Pokemon until National Dex

  They won't show up in your regional dex. They only show up in your National dex.

  I thought that if you were getting a pokemon, thats not in the dex you currently have, you could not trade, because In fire red you cant trade with hoenn untill you get the national dex, so I thought it was impossible to obtain one that wasnt in your current dex....

  Gen transfer uses Pal Park right? If so then yeah you need National Dex. But we won't know until it comes out.

  Black already finished the game and has every Pokemon.
  
  He can trade to White, who just started the game, any Pokemon. However, Pokemon that are not Gen 5 will not appear in the Isshu Dex.
  
  It's definitely possible.
  
  Pal Park stuff usually requires the National Dex though. But you can trade with other people.

  And yeah, flying squirrel is Electric/Flying. Zapdos and it at the only ones with that type combo.
