How to acquire Shadow of Spirit?

This question is for those who got Shadow of Spirit on the other (non-NA) servers. Did you have to get past a certain part of the g11 mainstream? Or was it just available when you logged in for g11?

Just wondering, I was thinking of delaying my Rebirth til g11 if it just comes with log-in.
