Holy fucking shit. Somebody doesn't know how to properly code html. That's so early 90's styling right there. Improper use of nested tags, not properly closing tabs, not making full use of div's and css.

So many web design disasters going on with this page.

Well that would certainly explain why the text keeps getting bigger as you go down the page. Header 3 -> Font Red -> Arial -> end arial -> some blue font? -> Text -> Repeat without closing

I have the urge to contact them and say, "You guys should contact your web developer and have him fix this page. It looks terrible on modern browsers."

Wow, this page actually looks good in IE 9 even without quirks mode. Wtf IE?

Meanwhile Safari, Chrome, and Firefox are all in agreement that this is pretty terrible.

Good Old IE, making crappy web development and styling acceptable while every other browser puts them to shame.
