Soon?
For now, we are looking at about a little less than a month.
Crossgun information was put into the game files on the 14th as well (as anyone who frequents the DB should be aware), so chances are we can expect Crossgun with that.
S2E2 is likely going to come soon as well, as the monster information is already in the game files. You can expect Dual Blade Vella about a month after Crossgun - provided we match KR's pace.
A couple notes for anyone planning on going Crossgun.
1. http://vindictus.nexon.net/Community/#%2Fshowthread.php%3F744015-Cross-Gun-Kai-multiplier-table-(translated)%26nxid%3D15 - Multipliers/percentiles can be found there.
2. You should be able to cap all Crossgun skills within about 20k AP.
3. Goldsmithing crafts Crossguns.
4. The Stoneshot (Colru) is the best 60 Crossgun. The Thunderbolt and Viper (Elchulus and S2E1) are both valid 70 Crossgun choices.
5. Crossgun has a rapid fire glitch that allows it to go from 6-8 bolts per second to 10 bolts per second, this is done by strafing back and forth to a certain rythm. Using this you should be able to get extremely impressive results.
6. Most people are considering Dominance a valid option for Crossgun due to low Bal and lack of good +Bal enchants, make considerations to either run Dominance or a WB/E/F set along with Crossgun.
7. Speed does not have significant effects on Crossgun until you break a fairly high value. In other words, do not go for a Fast stack or a Leopard on your Kai. Speed is really useless on both weapons.
8. The revolver system works akin to Staff Evie's charge. Most smashes do take SP, but Crossgun does NOT suffer from SP decay.
9. Do not be worried about ranking Reload for the Insight passive, it's a percentage thing and you get more insight shots. Also "Armed and Dangerous" and Insight stack allowing for some really high damage normals.
10. Your normal shots get a 2x damage multiplier against non boss enemies, likely to help with Crossgun's subpar AoE.
That about concludes my brief write up about what I've read about Crossgun. Not really planning to play one seriously, but it should be a good starting point for anyone who's interested.
