People that kill in self-defense usually get off without punishment. Do you believe that the person should get off scot-free, or should he/she serve time?
Perhaps it is possible to protect everyone in some of those nearly impossible scenarios, but I highly doubt that is the case for all of those situations.
Because sometimes it takes extreme situations to realize how hypocritical humans are.
I already explained my opinion about that matter, though that is getting off-topic anyways.
Where I believe the line stands is in these situations:
- If you're selling food in the same state you bought it or if the food aged, you don't need a temporary license. If they get sick from buying aged food, it's on their fault if they know it's aged.
- If you're selling food at your front lawn, you don't need a temporary license unless someone gets a moderate illness from your food. (Like being sick for a week can tell for a non-mild infection)
- If you're selling food at a public event and you do not need a temporary license.
