Hi, I'm actually posting this for another Nationer, Kazuni.
Her current problem is that Nation and her guild site won't load, along with one of her email sites. Everything else loads except for those 3 websites. She has done a virus scan, restarted her computer, and tried other web browsers.
Any other tips out there that she could try?
Thanks!

Can she unplug her router for about a minute then try again?

No she can't, her dad is using the computer for something.

Tell her to check the hosts file, maybe, for some reason, her anti-virus or some other program added these sites to it (or could be some virus doing that) , which would prevent her from loading them. This file is located in WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\etc
Can be opened with notepad. Tell her to check if mabination.com shows there or 204.45.65.30 which is nations IP. If it does then she just has to remove that line from the file and save it.

I would do the following, in this order:
Delete browser cache, recent history, cookies, etc. Use
CCleaner if necessary.
Reset network components like the router, modem.
Check the
hosts file for errors or malicious entries, resetting it to default if necessary.
Re-install one or more browsers.

She says it only says
"127.0.0.1 Localhost::1 localhost"
Besides all the "sample" and instructions.
Infamy, I'll have her try that! Thanks :)

Try a different DNS server? Can't go wrong with Google's 8.8.8.8
Control Panel -> (Network and Sharing Center) -> Network Connections ->
Local Area Connection OR Wireless Network Connection -> Properties ->
Internet Protocol Version 4 -> Preferred DNS server

She tried changing it, and it still doesn't work.
Should her host file have Mabination in it? Because it doesn't.
EDIT: She did a Network Diagnostics and it's saying that "pinged the remote host but did not recieve a response"

If you're still using OpenDNS from the instructions when we moved server change it back to whatever you had before. OpenDNS sucks for everything except the fact that I can force it to update.
Also if you change the DNS ten you need to do a /flushdns afterward for it to take effect on any sites you already tried.
