Like 600k for the vine, 1.5m for the dexterity, so at least 2.1m. Honestly not sure how much the reforge will add - Since R1 hats from the gacha are going for 200kish. A Dustin helm by itself isn't all that great so it's not like reforging it manually offers any advantage over a gacha hat (as opposed to reforging a beam sword, rosemary gloves, etc etc).

At a guess, i'd say 3m.
