Well considering your computer specs I don't think you can polish it more but mabi videos in 360p are terrible in general. I always try and upload them to 720p or 1080p (preferably 1080p). That will improve the quality greatly.
Also, if you really want to polish up the vids you need a good editing program and possibly recorder that can add additional effects and what not.
Something like Sony Vegas Pro (I need to buy that) or Adobe Elements (it sucks from my experience and regret spending money on it)
