Yeah, so I got a tablet for christmas and shit got real. I think my art has improved ten-fold. Or....five-fold. Maybe.

So first off, Crystallize. It's nothing much, but it's supposed to go to this song.I listed to it a bunch of times and got the idea. I dunno, maybe it's different for other people, but coloring this gets really boring and I just lie back in my chair and doze off.

Holy shit have I been on an obsessive run with the Midnight Crew lately. I mean really, I've seen Spades Slick and Diamonds Droog all over tumblr and I just can't get over how good some of the art is. And then I decided to draw Slick. All the love.

Thanks so much! The full body I'll be getting to when I get better at anatomy. I think the only full bodied drawings I've ever done were my own characters and that one Silent Hill Nurse (and her anatomy was terrible, even for a deformed creature.)

Cool stuffs! I got a tablet on Christmas as well. But I haven't touched it much because drawing on it feels so different compared to sketching in my sketch-book. How did you get used to it? Maybe I just haven't invested enough time into it...

It was actually easier than I thought it would be. At first, I thought I would hate it because I didn't understand the concept of drawing while looking at the screen in a way, but after I tried it, I started liking it a ton. The first thing I tried to draw was a ton of small Homestuck doodles and I went about it the wrong way with holding the tablet and such. I had it in my lap and it was really weird for me so I tried putting on top of my laptop's keyboard and it felt much better, more natural. And now that I'm used to using my tablet I can even lie on my stomach and draw. It's actually a LOT better than traditional. No shitty iPhone pics or eraser marks. Yay~

Endless doodles? Hummm. I should get started. Drawing on my bed does sound interesting without eraser marks sleeping with me on my bed.
