Top sirloin steak with a rub of peppers and salt covered with oil on the sides to give the steak that nice side crust, cooked for around 7 mins on each side and spriked with some lemon juice mixed with those flavouring flakes topped with instant mashed potato and a side of rice with a nice cup of water on the side to help me digest the steak when it goes into my pharynx.
