How do i Fix the game broke ...

so i hopped channel and game stopped responding before it finished due to a bug trap error

so when i tried reload client it thinks i dont have a secondary password so i use the one ive been usen and it gives me cant log in(3)

i then closed off the client logged out of nexon site logged back in tried again same error

If you played when they still had the "you are already logged in" as a default error message, "you cannot log in(3)" is pretty much the new default error message...Confusing as heck for people that don't know what it is at first.

Or sometimes when you can log in and end up being prompted to enter a "new secondary password", when you already had one the whole time. So misleading.

The game gives you errors like this when you disconnect/crash and you try to log back in a moment after.
