I tend to find most 9/11 conspiracies too one-sided, determined about what exactly happened and trying to prove it.

This one avoids that as much as possible and analyzes point by point everything that was wrong with the whole situation. Good for making up your own mind, and going off to do your own research based on the points covered here (which is pretty much all of them).
