You can still get by using fake ip. Not hard to make/get one either.

It's an army thing. I have a friend who gets deployed from a location to location like Kaeporo, good thing I was able to see him again when I was in Korea.

You're doing it wrong. You are trying to use image tags on an imgur album or whatever it is (not the direct image link)

Your "first". You must be really lucky with the special upgrades.
I have never gotten anything R6'd that's useful. Only R6 I have are my battle swords. I tried to R6 an HLC and a Knuckle before, but they poofed.
