nah I don't count that as a billing block, just a paypal block. I've gotten blocked for that too before when I tried to use my bf's paypal to charge nx on my account not long before they actually banned me with billing, and then I just ended up using his credit card -. -
maybe that's why they banned me though.. since the people paying for the nx credit was different on my account but I'm not sure why that should matter to them as long as they get the money and they don't get charged back for it
-You- don't have to count it as billing block for someone else to interpret it as such, hence the potential ambiguity, and request for clarification
something else is that billing block used to actually be called billingpp bans (or at least this is what popped up when trying to log in to the game on other nexon games) and the pp stood for paypal so "paypal block" may be interpreted as billing block as well.
Anyway, there seems to be only two reasons an entire account gets blocked with a billing ban message statement, and that being:
1) A chargeback, and it doesn't have to be initiated by you
2) Nexon hands these out to rule breaking players that do something along the lines of item duplication, and repeated offenders for offenses such as that one.
Guess you just have to wait for their response to see what's up. Might be a new reason that gets added to list, or a mistake or something (They
have given these out by mistake in the past, but usually its given out to many people when it's a mistake)
