You learn zerg and protoss by using them in melee games or through single player challenges. zerg and protoss campaign will be released in future expansions

Challenge missions fully cover Zerg and Protoss gameplay. Hardcore. Spent hours on it to barely survive the first three missions.
They have tutorials for Zerg and Protoss too.
And yeah, Zeratul thing. Its funny cuz they really expect you to know how to play as they don't explain much. The campaign was definitely aimed at veterans who've played SC1 to death.
