Yes, but what optical invisibility is trying to do is bend light, not scatter it. It's not the same thing.
I meant to say that, as far as bending visible light is a "viable" option, so is bending any other kind of radiation. Well, at a first glance, as said there are probably some differences just as with various audio waves.
On that note, I do wonder with what kind of technology they would manage to actually physically bend light around it in a controlled manner to a satisfying degree.
Though I guess since they're already a big supplier to the US military I guess it's definitely not a scam, should've taken a closer look. In that case, VERY intriguing.
