Not to my knowledge, at least. I think only those bosses were lowered due to the fact that they were a massive gear check, to say the least. Most, if not all, bosses as of now can be run with 12~13k att, bar a few level 70-80 s2 bosses.
The def and crit resist lowering makes these bosses accessible to more players.

Lakoria
Kraken Head / Tent
Iset Stage 1
Iset Stage 2

3rd column is Crit Resist, 4th is HP. It's about a 1k Def decrease across the board. Old Lakoria was 12k Def for example, hence the normal 14k requirements. Old Kraken Head had 15k Def, so those 16k boats were actually required if you wanted to actually do damage. The issue is even with the nerfs, people stick to the old requirements as we've gotten used to them.

Anyways Lakoria should be playable for most people (but with a high risk of being forced to run) with 13k - since you just went from having 1k effective Att to 2k.

As for Crit Res, I lack the original numbers but I believe they were in the 70s for Kraken head, and like 62-65 for Lakoria. That's just off memory though.

Havan seems to be the only Lv. 70 - 80 Season 2 Raid Boss which can be defeated by a single person. Even with that ridiculous amount of HP.

Ehh? While the Kraken doesn't seem possible to solo, there have been Lakoria solos.
