Dunbarton spawn is northwest, near where Imps are.
Here's a tip,
Dischord the rabbits so they don't run that quick. Also make use of Lullaby/Nimbus Cloud because it locks them temporarily while you rake in the hits.
Final Hit is also great. Also keep a shield or a Shieldless Charge reforge on the second equipment so you can Charge up to the rabbits, unless you're a Giant.

Okay, so here's the information I have about the event.
- A message appears when the rabbits spawn on the hour, similar to fomor command scrolls. The location of spawn is given (e.g. East of Tir)
- The baskets expire in 24 hours. They are 1-handed weapons (so you can equip a shield and charge with them)
- The Incomplete Gift Boxes do not expire and take up 2x2. They cannot be stored on pets, but are bankable.
- You do not get an egg every hit. For me, I got ~1/3 or 1/5 ish (only one trial, so not necessarily accurate).
- A weird script message-thing appears when you successfully collect an egg. The basket's information displays how many eggs you have.
- It seems you can only get one basket a day, regardless of which NPC you obtain it from. You can also turn in the full baskets to any NPC.
- If the previous point holds true, then it will take 10 days to get a Easter Egg Gift Box, meaning you can only obtain one total during the event period.
- I was able to get 30 eggs in one go in Tir and I had time to spare. I don't know if I was just lucky for this but it didn't seem too hard
- I used normal attack (Ctrl-targeted) exclusively. I had a mount out at the beginning, but it wasn't necessary when I moved to the narrow fence region in East Tir.
- I'm unsure as to how long the rabbits spawn for. They were there for at least 5 minutes.
I'll try to pay more attention to what's happening next time. Good luck bunny-hunting, everyone!

Hit the swift bunny for an egg every time
This. I'm not sure about in Tara and Dunbarton, but in Tir sometimes they'll get glitched into the hillside, and you'll be able to hit them over and over until they teleport.

I didn't see any
Swift Bunnies in Dunbarton. They were Un- something bunnies, I forgot the name. That means Tir is better if Tir is the only one with Swift Bunnies, unless Tara has Swift Bunnies too.

Ok so reading this, I checked and I got 4 eggs, so I didn't completely fail. But still, lot of effort to do this for ten days in the off chance you'll get a good items. Will be a really big dick move if pots come from this

Why would it seem like a glitch? It's the way the event is supposed to work.

I... honestly don't know if I will even make it. I started late since I came back to Mabinogi after the event started, so I can only miss one or two days of egg hunting, which I already missed two with the maintenance. -_-
I hope they can extend it or something.
