I don't know if it's intentional or not, but when I try to report posts it takes about 2-3 minutes for it to actually send it.

I just tested it and there is a delay but not that long. Was about 20 seconds.
Looks like it's because the script emails all the staff on top of creating a discussion thread.

Depends what your definition of 'good' is, but it seems like it could cause a lot of pileups if it emails every report and makes threads too.
