[SOLVED] GPUs Not Clocking Up -> LOW FPS

  My GPUs are not clocking up. As a result, my FPS in games are really low. I used to NEVER go below 30 FPS on Vindi on integrated and the 650m, but now I can't even get 20 FPS on normal settings. On lowest settings, I can't even go over 26 FPS.

  EDIT :: It seems like other Vindi players are having the issue as well, but this still might be the cause of my issue.
  
  SECOND EDIT :: Nevermind, the issue was because of my power settings.

  Lel, is this that problem where you set your laptop battery to "Power Saving Mode" which severely cripples performance? Happened to me when I used to play Maple ahaha.
