The GTS 250 I listed is stronger than all the video cards listed in here, except for the 5750 which is about the same in terms of power. The main difference between the GTS 250 and 5750 is that the 5750 only uses about half the amount of power and is DX11 compliant.
It's pretty much the best price:performance card however.
Your favorite site, tom's hardware, says the GeForce 9800 GT is the best for the money :)
