Think we stand out a bit too much?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. I agree with having the tag for informational purposes, but I think having the golden username is a bit too much and makes other members at Nation unnecessarily jealous, especially when they are looking at the currently online users list.

I propose that we all take a small step back here and set our name colours to those of the regular member or no ads groups. As Osay pointed out, you can do so here: http://mabination.com/profile.php?do=editusergroups

You'll still have the fancy tester icon so people will be able to tell that Mabi info you post comes from a KR tester, which I believe was the driving argument for this thing in the first place. Changing the name colour will just make you stand out a bit less when people are not reading your posts. I think it's a good compromise, personally.

The orange/gold/whatever is also not very legible so I just switched when I saw I could.

Either one works for me though in general, there doesn't seem to be a negative feedback to the user group.

I switched to green cause hey I like green and Chiyuri said she liked my name better in green so works for me. Plus I thought the orange was too bright anyways. Badge is plenty.
