Hey guys,
Sorry to take up your time, but from now on we'll be having tags infront of topics in order to better organize future events or updates that appears on overseas server. There has been a lot of requests for better organizing of topics containing overseas information, so the following tags will be used in order to sort information out for you, our precious readers, and introduced what kind of information will be in the topic. The following tags are:
[Testing] - Topics tagged with the [Testing] tag are new content that has been released on KR test and has not been released in any live server. Any information presented here can be changed at any time at devCat's discretion, so please keep that in mind.
[Released] - Topics tagged with the [Released] tag are new content and skills that have been released out of KR test and in their final form on live servers. Topics with the released tag are very reliable information since they are out of testing phase.
[New-(server initials)] - Topics tagged with the [New-(Server Initials)], i.e. [New-KR] [New-JP] [New-TW] are new changes to the system that were added without the use of a test server or bypasses the test server altogether and hits any live overseas servers. Unlike the [Event] tag, the [New] tag is actually game mechanics, items, or skills that are permenantly added into an overseas live server. Examples would include Mabi-JP releasing the Shadow Bunshin on their server. Examples that would use the [Event] tag instead of the [New] tag would include pets, events, or new character cards.
[WIP] - Topics tagged with [WIP] means Work In Progress. This tag means that specific information is being found out, whether it is the exact formula of a new skill or other mechanics associated with a specific point of a new update. This differs from the [Testing] tag in that it goes deeper into a single focus instead of a generalized update thread. Remember that [WIP] tags can also apply to released content too if research is being done on it.
[Event-(Server Initials)] - Topics tagged with the [Event-(Server Initials)], i.e. [Event-KR] [Event-JP] [Event-TW], are topics informing of a special event or gacha associated with those servers. These also include pets, new types of events, and or in general something fun that happens in those servers.
[Interview-(Server Initials)] - Topics tagged with the [Interview-(Server Initials)], i.e. [Interview-KR] [Interview-JP] [Interview-TW], are interviews with a GM, devCat, or any approved official of Mabinogi about Mabinogi content. Often these interview first comes out untranslated and a translated summary will be released later (at the translator's discretion), anyone is free to translate it as long as they feel it is accurate. Also remember that if you are the creator of an interview topic, please include a link to the original interview so anyone can see the source interview (example: Mabinogi Gameabout).
[Streaming] - Topics tagged with the [Streaming] tags are topics that are currently doing live streaming or will be doing it soon. Usually live streaming involves, but not limited to, streaming of foreign content of the game. Usually this is a chance for any viewer to watch the stream in real time and get any content questions or testing questions answered within the stream.
[Streaming-FIN] - Topics tagged with the [Streaming-FIN] tags are topics whose streaming has ended. Usually it will summarize what went in the streaming and may include a link to a video of what happened during the stream.
Remember these tags are not Kr Test Group server-exclusive and anyone who is going to relay overseas information are free and encouraged to use the tags. Any time you wish to make a topic involving foreign content, we advise you to use one of the above tags for organization and to let the reader know what will be in the topic. There are no consequence in not using the tags, but if you can help organize information better, it will be much appreciated. =)
Thanks,
Kenero
