It's on Nintendo's Pokemon Black and White official website
To access the world map, click on the the WHITE HALF of the bar.
the map of the Isshu region is interactive
Too bad there's no Snorlax in this region.

Looks small.
I won't be surprised if a Pokemon as amazing as Snorlax takes up a role similar to it in blocking paths.

I thought the city was replaced with a giant forest in Pokemon Black.
And I remember another map that had two areas of land and Black City/White Forest on an island in the center.
And yes, I think White Forest is going to be in Pokemon Black and Black City is going to be in Pokemon white.

What game specific cities?
That's really dumb.

It was only the one place. All the other locations are the same in both games.

White Forest and Black City occupy the same location in the World Map.
It's just game specific.

And yeah, there's more to Isshu than that little portion. Click on the link to see. As the cat said, the map is interactive.
Here's a bigger map:

As you can see, there are three lands to Isshu. The leftmost, the rightmost and the one in the middle (with the desert). There's tons of ruins and cities all over the place. Pretty exciting, if you ask me.
I wish I could find a fuller map.

The land shapes remind me a bit of New York state... I think that's where Nintendo got their inspiration for Isshu. The middle island is Manhattan, the one to the right can be part of long island, and the left could be the bottom portion of the state. The fact that the big city is on the middle island makes me think even more that they had influences from NY.

Not a complete match but, it's close. The blue-grey bridge also seems similar to the Verrazano Bridge. The desert near the city is the only thing that's out of place really... I'll chalk that up to creative license.

Actually, it does!
Only Manhattan = middle.
New Jersey = left.
Brooklyn/Queens = right.
I like!
Interestingly downtown Manhattan has all those skyscrapers and there's a big city in "downtown" Isshu. haha

Hmmmm the map does look small, but Phunkie pointed out a bigger map, so I am pleased.

Strange, Nintendo usually uses Japanese regions as their inspiration.

Um, the /vp/ board argued over this a bit...
Apparently the majority believe it's actually based on the area of China near Hong Kong.
While the minority believe it's based on new york :x
